Choose the meal and the day

Start from the meal you want to fill, then choose a source date and source meal. Yesterday is the default because it is often the quickest answer, but you can select another day or meal type.

Review the actual food first

Before copying, FoodKind lists the items that will be added. You can check that you selected the right meal instead of trusting a generic message such as 'add five items'.

Save dependable building blocks

Saved foods and meals give you another route for regular choices. Use copying for a real previous meal and saved items for combinations you expect to reuse.

What you can do

  • ✓ Copy from any meal and date
  • ✓ Review the item list before adding
  • ✓ Keep reusable foods and meals
